WHO WE ARE
EDDIE PARK
Chef Eddie Park doesn’t just run the kitchen — he takes the mic. Guests will find him singing karaoke right on the sidewalk, inviting passersby and patrons alike to join in. It’s Chicago’s most delicious block party, happening every weekend on Hubbard.
Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, Eddie Park learned to cook at home, absorbing the flavors, precision, and soul of Korean cooking from his grandmother and parents.
Without formal culinary training, Park carved his own path, cooking across Chicagoland restaurants — from sushi counters to front-of-house roles — developing his style through lived experience, mentorship, and the rhythm of the line.
Now leading menu development and culinary vision at Karaoke Kitchen, Park creates food that “hits hard” — bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and a street food spirit. His dishes blend the comforting flavors of his family kitchen with modern Korean technique, resulting in food that’s thoughtful yet uncomplicated, refined yet wildly craveable.
Kitchen Karaoke: a bold new concept bringing late-night street food and open-air karaoke to the heart of Hubbard Street’s vibrant entertainment district.
Part takeout window, part street-side stage, Kitchen Karaoke delivers fast, flavor-forward dishes and crave-worthy, Korean-inspired street eats — all served with a side of music and the unmistakable energy of Chicago after dark.
Positioned steps from some of Chicago’s busiest nightlife, Kitchen Karaoke aims to bring the pulse of Asian street food culture to the city — complete with late-night snacks, open-air singing, and a whole lot of joy.
